A CAPTIVATING PRIVATE DWELLING
It was an honour and a joy to immerse in the inspiring gardens at Redhill Lodge in Rutland, courtesy of the owners and talented garden designers Richard and Sue Moffitt, in Rutland. The gardens transported me to a prairie garden, and the natural pool left me spellbound. In the heat of 29 degrees, the thought did cross my mind to dip my toe!
"Gina, thank you for sharing the images with me. You have captured our garden brilliantly."

On the perimeter of the prairie garden stands a turf covered, spiral viewing mount, inspired by the work of landscape designers Charles Jencks and Kim Wilkie. When atop the mount, a Windmill crests the horizon of the beautiful rural setting between the villages of Morcott, and Barrowden, in Rutland.
I believe the tall, cloud shaped hedges on the boundary are inspired by Rousham Hall's vast cloud hedge, that resides next to the bowling green.
